State revenues grow from liquor privatization
A year after liquor privatization, it looks as though state and local governments are getting more revenue, and customers are paying more. Vulnerable bridges not so rare in state
Inspectors believe 95 percent of Washington's bridges are in good health, but that still leaves hundreds of aging bridges that could collapse in a bad confluence of events.
